Once you submit a booking request for a Char Dham Tour with Go India Trips, we will send you an email acknowledging your request based on the services selected. After finalizing all arrangements including hotels, transport, and other inclusions, you will receive an official booking confirmation. This document will provide complete details such as hotel names, travel dates, and a full day-wise itinerary.
To confirm your booking, a minimum advance payment of 30% is required. The remaining 70% can be paid upon arrival. This payment structure is designed to maintain full clarity and peace of mind throughout your booking process.
To secure your Char Dham pilgrimage with Go India Trips, we require an advance payment. The balance can be cleared before your departure or on the first day of your journey — whichever is more convenient for you. The advance amount may vary based on the services selected and the proximity of your travel date.
Please note that full advance payment may be required in cases involving train tickets, helicopter rides, or hotel bookings during peak periods like festival seasons or major holidays, as per the terms mentioned in your customized tour plan.
If you need to cancel your Char Dham Yatra for any reason, kindly notify Go India Trips in writing. The cancellation charges will apply according to the following schedule:
Refund policies may differ for special bookings such as helicopter services or accommodations during peak pilgrimage seasons. In case of flight cancellations, the airline's refund rules will be applicable.
If a tour is partially canceled after it has started, refunds will depend on the amount that can be recovered from hotels and service providers. Any unused services including accommodation, transport, meals, or sightseeing will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 2 to 4 weeks, subject to banking procedures. All refunds will be issued to the original payer, and applicable bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
